Role Description: As an Insurance Account Representative for Christi Spencer - State Farm Agent, you are essential to our daily operations and the success of our customers. Your role involves fostering meaningful client relationships and serving as a key liaison between customer needs and our agency’s departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you will enhance the lives of our customers and contribute to the growth of our agency.

Position Overview:

State Farm agents exclusively market State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups as needed.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success on a daily basis.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
Qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in marketing products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Strong work ethic with a relentless drive for success every day.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in easily understandable terms.
  • Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license (required).
  • Willingness to obtain a Life and Health license (required).

Compensación: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
